Day 11: Woman of God Series - #7 His Beloved Friend

Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they are with me.
Revelation 3:20 NIV

It is when we face the hard times that we see the true colors of the people around us. Some are just there to just listen to your story so that they can gossip it to others, and some are genuine and will be with you to listen no matter what. God is the One who never leaves when things get tough. Actually, those things maybe are blessings in disguise for us to see that God is with us, we just only need to open our hearts and listen to His voice.

God can be Our Friend, or whoever we need Him to be just to make us feel that we are not far from Him. God is already near us, standing behind the door and knocking inside our hearts. If we welcome Him to Our hearts, everything changes. Being with God makes us feel that we are never alone, that we have God who is with us all throughout our journey.

God can be shared with the stories we have in mind. We can tell anything to Him, without having a feeling of judgment. He will never ever do that. Don’t be afraid to talk to Him because He’s just waiting for you to open the door of your heart and accept Him as your God.

"My daughter, I am here. I am your friend. You don't have to force yourself to be accepted because I already loved you ever before you know it. Just let Me come inside you heart and continue to listen to My voice. Now, come to Me. Come, My love. Rest on Me. You can tell everything to Me, open up everything. Don't bottle it up inside you. Give it to Me and rest on Me. I love you. You don't have to do this alone. I am with you, my daughter. I love you."

Thank you for being with me to this 7-day series. I hope you learned something from God. It is the Spirit who has been talking to you, and not me. I also hope that this will help you become a woman of God whom God created you to be. Just listen, and you will know that God is never miles away from you. He is always with you and walks with you as you face the road of the unknown.
